Tenant’s rights to use and occupancy.
The tenant shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the leased premises, including reasonable accommodation of guests and visitors. Use of the premises for the residence of any other than the tenant’s immediate family is prohibited unless prior consent is obtained from the housing director. Employees who have foster children must submit legal guardianship papers to be eligible for additional space.

Housing shall be assigned to personnel who have been employed by the Governing Board and who have signed contracts. The right to housing may be denied or revoked for misuse of such housing. A housing contract shall be signed prior to occupancy. Requests for housing or changes in housing units must be made in writing.
