Due to adverse weather and road conditions Chinle Unified School District No. 24 all (7) school sites including Chinle High School, Chinle Junior High School, Chinle Elementary School, Canyon De Chelly Elementary School, Mesa View Elementary School, Many Farms Public School, and Tsaile Public School will be on “Early  Dismissal” Wednesday, January 27^th.  Chinle Unified will be on “Regular Full Day Schedule” on Thursday January 28^th and Friday, January 29^th.  No Evening or After School Activities will be conducted.  Basketball games will be played as previously announced.

School buses will run on highways and well maintained graded roads only!  Parents are asked to meet school buses at the following locations due to severe muddy road conditions in these areas:   Spider Rock, turn around will be at the end of pavement on Route 07; Nazlini buses will stay on N27 bus turn around at the school; Highway 191 bus turn around highway 191 and N26; Salina Springs end of pavement the bus will remain on Route 251; Blue Gap bus will wait at Blue Gap Chapter House, Pinon Bus will wait at the Pinon Chapter House; Low Mountain  bus will wait at Low Mountain School; Many Farms and Rough Rock buses will run normal routes.
