Welcome to the Chinle Unified School District’s website!   A primary purpose for our website is to provide current information about our students and our school-community.  In addition, access to information about our district serves as a strategy to enhance communication within the organization and externally to the general public.  It is our intent, then, to feature student achievement and success in its many facets, highlight the development of appropriate educational programs for our student population, underscore the importance of parent engagement in their children’s education, and focus on the effective allocation of human and fiscal resources.  Four corresponding strategies include enhancing communication, embracing collaboration, identifying performance measures, and developing state-of-the-art information systems to facilitate our decision-making processes.  May you walk in beauty.—Dr. Jesus de la Garza, Superintendent
